How do we help young children explore and understand their emotions? Your TIger Inside provides an easy-to-understand approach to embracing emotions, by guiding readers into a journey of self discovery through the story of two little kitties, Toby & Tabby.
The kitties learn that emotions are not to be judged, or feared. Rather, emotions serve special purposes! By listening to their own tiger inside, they learn how emotions can help them better understand what they need to feel safe, secure, and empowered.
This endearing and timeless children’s picture book can foster positive emotional communication and emotional learning in kids of all ages!

The Ara Parseghian Medical Research Fund was formed in 1994 when Cindy and Mike Parseghian’s three youngest children— Michael, Marcia, and Christa—were diagnosed with Niemann-Pick Type C (NPC) disease, a rare and deadly neurodegenerative disorder that primarily strikes children, with death occurring before or during adolescence.
The family launched the foundation and named it after the children’s grandfather, Ara Parseghian, the much beloved and well-known Notre Dame football coach. Since then the APMRF at Notre Dame is dedicated to finding a treatment or cure for NPC disease.
